Bein Root Elevator Fig. 2, Hollow is a precision dental instrument designed for controlled luxation and elevation of teeth and tooth roots during dental extraction procedures. The MMI-53-511-02 features a straight working end with a hollow, concave profile that supports controlled positioning and engagement around root structures.

The Fig. 2 configuration has a 4.0 mm working-end width, providing a broader working profile than the smaller Fig. 0 and Fig. 1 versions. KLS Martin specifies the corresponding Fig. 2 instrument at 4.0 mm width.

The straight shaft facilitates direct positioning of the working end, while the hollow working profile provides a defined contact surface for controlled luxation and root elevation. The broader working end makes this pattern suitable when greater working surface coverage is required.
