The Fig. 0 Round configuration has a 2.2 mm working-end width, making it the narrowest size in the round Bein root elevator series. This slender working profile is suitable where precise access and controlled instrument placement are required. KLS Martin specifies the corresponding instrument as a round Bein root elevator, Fig. 0, 2.2 mm.
